Account Access
Each user of this site is issued an individualized user ID and password. It is the responsibility of each user to maintain the integrity and security of said personalized user ID and password. If Dental Hunters determines that the integrity of a user ID and password has been compromised, Dental Hunters may act, in its sole discretion, to terminate access to the password protected portion of Dental Hunters site until such time as any breach has been secured to the satisfaction of Dental Hunters.


User Content and Information
Each user may have the ability to upload content and information to this website. Each user is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the information provided. Dental Hunters does not guarantee the information provided by users of this site.

Each user of this site shall not publish or upload information that is protected by a copyright, trademark, service mark, or any other intellectual property right in violation the copyright laws of the United States of America.


Illegal Content
The user of this site may not publish or upload information or data to this site which would constitute or encourage illegal activity or behavior. Dental Hunters is not responsible for any offensive or illegal content uploaded by a user of this site. Dental Hunters reserves the right to remove any such offensive or illegal content upon notification to Dental Hunters of the content or upon discovery by Dental Hunters of content. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The user of this site agrees that these terms of use will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States of America without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You expressly agree to bring any claims, actions or proceedings arising out or related to this Site or Terms of Use to the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth and Federal Courts sitting in the City of Boston and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


Severability
If any provision of this Terms of Use shall be held to be void or unenforceable, such voidness or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use.

    • to alter the directory listings or other information, or enter additional listings or Content which in any way:

      • contains or contains links to: nudity, pornography, adult content, materials with sex or foul language;


      • condones, promotes, contains, or links to wares, cracks, hacks, their associated utilities, or other piracy related information, whether for educational purpose or not;


      • promote or condone the sending of unsolicited email (SPAM);


      • offensive to the community, including blatant expressions for bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or excessive profanity, or to post any obscene, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectable material;


      • sells or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the Content is posted or received;

  1. You acknowledge that Website and its designees reserve the right in their sole discretion to refuse, move or remove any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall have the right to remove any Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable.


e.   When you sign up as an “Employer” with Dental Hunters and post a job, you are signing up for a monthly subscription service.  Each job posting includes a video interview.  "Employers" can purchase multiple job posting in the form of credits per month.  If you do not use all of your credits each month, they will expire; they do not carryover. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless otherwise designated at the time you purchase your credits. Subscriptions can be deactivated at any time from your Employer Dashboard. All payments for Dental Hunters are processed through www.stripe.com and must be paid with a valid credit card. 

 

f.   Dental Hunters does not guarantee that you will find someone for your job or that you will find a job. We guarantee the ability to use our website to post a job, conduct your video interview and participate in video interviews. Employers may use Dental Hunters in conjunction with other job posting websites. Employers may direct job seekers from other job boards to Dental Hunters to participate in a video interview. Dental Hunters does not offer refunds even if a) no interviews are conducted as a result of using Dentalhunters.com, b) job seekers from other websites do not complete their interview through Dentalhunters.com, c) if you do not hire a job seeker as a result of Dentalhunters.com. If at anytime you find yourself needing assistance with our service, please call 800-698-3712 and we will be happy to help assist you and ensure your experience with Dentalhunters.com is a positive experience.

Refund Policy

Because our Web site has implemented Stripe as a self-serve payment system, which allows listings to be posted and viewed immediately after purchasing job credits, without any exception we have a NO REFUND policy.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that before payment, our visitors: Read our Terms and Conditions Do not allow children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one makes a purchase on this website without your permission. By making a payment for job credits on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above No Refund Policy.

If you choose to sign up for recurring billing, you will be billed on a 30 day billing cycle until you cancel your account or contact us to cancel the subscription. If you cancel your account before the billing cycle is over, you will still have access to your account until the billing cycle closes.
